STRmix™ version 2.3 released 1st February 2015

We are pleased to announce that STRmix™ version 2.3 was released on the 1st of February 2015.

In addition to its current features, STRmix™ v2.3 will also enable users to:

  • Include related individuals as alternate propositions in the likelihood ratio.
  • Batch multiple deconvolutions in a queue allowing the user to run multiple deconvolutions and calculate likelihood ratios sequentially.
  • Carry out familial searches against a database, searching for close relatives of contributors to mixed DNA profiles.

There have also been improvements to run times and the model maker function.
